The Pause

A Day Retreat to Reflect. Release. Rejuvenate. Reimagine.

Before you rush into the next year, give yourself a day to pause in the one you just lived.

You spend so much of the year moving forward. Taking care of everyone. Meeting deadlines. Showing up. Solving problems. Keeping the calendar moving.

And then suddenly, it’s December.

The holidays are here. The year is almost over. And before you’ve had a chance to really process it, you’re already thinking about what’s next.

What if you didn’t rush this part?

What if you gave yourself one intentional day to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and acknowledge the year you’ve lived?

The Pause is a one-day retreat designed to help you slow down, reflect, release, restore, and create space for what’s next.

Not a “new year, new you” day. Not another list of goals or things to fix.A day to be cared for.

A day to move your body, nourish yourself, breathe deeply, reflect honestly, connect with other women, and leave feeling more like yourself than when you arrived.

The day is built around four intentional experiences:

  • Reflect

Look back before you rush forward.

Take time to acknowledge the year you’ve lived—not just what you accomplished, but what challenged you, changed you, strengthened you, and shaped you.

Through guided coaching and reflection, you’ll have space to recognize where you’ve been and what this year has taught you.

Because your year deserves more than a quick glance before you move on to the next one.

  • Release

Not everything needs to come with you.

Some expectations can be left behind.

Some pressure can be put down.

Some habits, stories, and ways of showing up have simply run their course.

You’ll have space to identify what you’re ready to release so you don’t carry it automatically into another year.

  • Rejuvenate

    Let yourself be cared for.

    Move your body.

    Eat beautiful, nourishing food.

    Rest. Breathe. Laugh. Connect. Enjoy.

You’ll experience a thoughtful blend of strength, movement, restoration, nourishment, and time to simply be.

There is no rushing from one obligation to the next.

For one day, you won’t be the one taking care of everyone else.

  • Reimagine

    Make space for what’s next.

You don’t need another rigid list of resolutions.

Instead, we’ll create space to get curious about the year ahead.

How do you want to feel? How do you want to live? What do you want more of? What deserves your energy?

And what might be possible when you stop doing what you think you should do and start getting intentional about what actually matters to you?

What your day includes

The full itinerary will unfold naturally throughout the day, but you can expect a thoughtful blend of:

  • Movement

A unique morning strength experience combining barefoot movement, music, and release—designed to get you out of your head and back into your body.

  • Coaching + Reflection

Guided year-end coaching designed to help you reflect on the year behind you, release what you’re ready to leave behind, and create clarity around what you want to carry forward.

  • Nourishment

A beautiful, chef-prepared seasonal lunch, along with nourishing snacks throughout the day.

  • Rest + Rejuvenation

Time to slow down and enjoy the space around you with sauna, cold plunge, fireplaces, relaxation, quiet, and room to simply be.

  • Restore + Integration

A slow, restorative practice to help you process and integrate what surfaced throughout the day—leaving your mind and body feeling grounded, restored, and ready to close out the year with intention and presence.

  • Connection

Time spent with a small group of women who are also choosing to make space for themselves.

You’ll leave feeling…

CLEARER.

Having finally given yourself space to acknowledge the year instead of simply moving on from it.

LIGHTER.

Having put down some of the pressure, expectations, and mental noise you’ve been carrying.

REJUVENATED.

Not because you accomplished more, but because you allowed yourself to slow down and receive.

GROUNDED.

More connected to your body, your needs, and what actually matters to you.

INTENTIONAL.

With a better sense of what you want to bring into 2027—and what can stay behind in 2026.

Why come?

Because you don't have to wait until January to start taking care of yourself. Before the holiday rush. Before the end-of-year chaos. Before you jump into another year of doing, planning, giving, and taking care of everyone else. Give yourself one day. One day to stop. To look back. To breathe. To move. To be nourished. To be cared for. To reconnect with yourself.

This is for the woman who…

Spent most of the year taking care of everyone else. Accomplished more than she's stopped to acknowledge. Feels like the year flew by before she had a chance to process it. Craves space away from the noise and demands of everyday life. Wants to enter a new year feeling grounded rather than depleted. Needs a pause for herself.
