You will learn how to apply macro tracking daily, build consistency without burnout, adjust based on progress, and create systems that remove decision fatigue.
The focus is simple: execution, repetition, and support.
What’s Included
7 weeks of coaching and community support inside a private Instagram group where you’ll receive daily accountability, real-time troubleshooting, coaching guidance, and ongoing connection.
4 live coaching calls with Lauren and Erika focused on implementation, problem-solving, and real-life application. Each call includes coaching, Q&A, and personalized guidance. All calls are recorded.
