What types of training do we offer?
Every workout is programmed specifically for YOU and YOUR goals. Each session works towards progression in strength, endurance, mobility and stability. You will be supported in and out of the studio. We also work with you to set up an attainable schedule for working out and mobilizing on your own. Private sessions are 30 or 60 minutes in length.
Workout with a friend, significant other, family member, co-worker, you name it! Having an accountability buddy by your side during your workouts can make your workout more fun and engaging. It is a win-win; you get to workout with a fun partner with semi-private coaching and train more!
Prefer to train at home, need child care, or just crunched for time? We will travel to you! You don’t need a gym to workout. Whether you have your own equipment or not, we will bring ours. All in-home training sessions are 45 or 60 minutes in length.
Need an express workout or not sure what to do for your workout? Don't live near us? Traveling for business or vacation and want to make sure you get your workouts in? Need a touch of motivation and accountability? No worries! We offer 30 and 60 minute workouts via FaceTime or Skype! Before you start training we will have an online consultation where we will also schedule our workout days/times.
